FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does the test take?
The questionnaire takes between 15 and 20 minutes to complete. It is a computer-adaptive test (CAT) comprising 80 multiple-choice questions: the questions are tailored to your previous answers.
Is the profile available in my language?
Yes, the Everything DiSC Workplace profile is available in several languages. Please select your language from the drop-down menu before adding the item to your basket, or contact us if your language does not appear in the list.
Do I need a certified facilitator to use this profile?
No, the profile can be used on its own. A facilitation kit and certification are available as optional extras if you wish to lead a group session.
How long will the report remain available?
Once you have completed the questionnaire, your report will remain available online on the Catalyst platform for an unlimited period. If you completed a standard profile, it will be on your screen after completion, or supplied by HR / the consultant. In this case please save the PDF file on your computer.
