What you’ll be able to do after gaining certification
Master the Everything DiSC model
- Understand the four DiSC styles (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness) and their combinations.
- Identify how these styles influence communication, decision-making and conflict management.
- Explain the model clearly to a variety of audiences (executive committees, operational teams, etc.).
Design and facilitate DiSC workshops
- Develop a session plan based on DiSC (objectives, sequence, activities, debriefings).
- Tailor the activities to the audience (teams, managers, sales staff, cross-functional projects, etc.).
- Facilitate the session in a reassuring, engaging and results-oriented manner.
Using the DiSC platform and tools
