How to move from destructive behaviors to constructive responses. The research-validated online assessment measures behaviors on a five-point scale to determine the participant’s behavioral priorities.
The research-validated online assessment asks participants to rate behavioral elements on a 5-point scale by answering questions specific to the “Productive Conflict” module to determine their behavioral priorities. Developed using the latest adaptive testing methodology, participants receive precise guidance on their preferred behavior to personalize their experience and become more effective in handling disagreements.
The Everything DiSC ProductiveConflict® profileprovides participantswith valuable insights that help them understand themselves, their clients, and their relationships with them. In this 23-page personalized profile, participants explore their own sales style and how their strengths and challenges influence their behavior in sales situations. They also learn about the behaviors unique to each style and buying behavior. Finally, they explore concrete strategies for meeting customer needs and improving their effectiveness and success.
The profile is used in practice with the EverythingDiSC® Sales facilitation kit, which offers a workshop experience designed to engage participants and facilitate learning.
